Let's say you've just run a tournament. You have the packets set that you used and now you need questions for practice. Other people in other part of the country have the same problem. No, we come together and find buyers and sellers for the packets we have.
I have but a few rules.
One: no one charges more than going market rate
for their packets.
Two: No one sells a packet older than two years
here. Anything older than two years should be sent to the Stanford
Packet Archive

For now, we will just be providing you the information
that they have provided us. As we get a better feel for the site,
